Pricing questions
How does it work once I've paid?
Once you've subscribed or purchased, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to submit your listing photos. We find a suitable listing for you, produce the reel, quality check it, and deliver your MP4 within 24 hours.
Do I need to provide the listing photos?
Not necessarily. If you're on a subscription plan, we can find one of your active listings ourselves and use the photos already there. If you'd prefer to choose a specific property, just send us the Rightmove link or upload the photos directly.
What if I need more reels than my plan includes?
You can top up with Pay Per Reel purchases at £25 each, or upgrade to the next plan. If you're doing higher volume, get in touch and we'll sort something out.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. No penalties, no awkward conversations.
Do unused reels roll over?
Unused reels roll over for up to 30 days. If you're on a plan and have a quiet month, you won't lose them immediately.
Is this the same as tools like PropertyBox or AutoReel?
No — those are self-serve tools where you do the work. PropReel is entirely done for you. You don't log in to anything, learn any software, or produce anything yourself. We handle it and you receive a finished video.
